The concept

The Wine Casino, champagne edition

On Thursday 17 September 2026, the Wine Casino returns to Les Grands Chais Monégasques for a special edition devoted entirely to champagne.

Five different champagnes are served blind. No label, no clue: you taste, you make up your mind, and you place your bets at the casino table.

A welcome drink on arrival, finger food served throughout the evening, and a format that turns tasting into a game. Seats are limited.

How it works

Taste blind
The champagnes are poured with nothing to reveal what is in the glass: no label, no clue.

Place your bets
At the casino table, back your palate and bet on what you believe each glass is hiding.

The reveal
The bottles come out of hiding at the end of the evening, and the results are announced.

Two full rounds, meaning two champagnes to discover blind out of the five poured during the evening.
