An afterwork in the GCM Salon

On Thursday 8 October, AfterWine by GCM turns the Salon of Les Grands Chais Monégasques into your wine rendezvous.

Four glasses selected and presented by our sommelier Emiliano Stratico, each with its own pairing, one hour to learn how to taste without jargon, and the evening carries on in the salon.

One idea for the evening: each wine comes with its own pairing, in a tasting salon rather than a wine bar.

    Eye, nose, palate: Emiliano opens the evening, without jargon.

  3. 7pm – 8pm

    Four wines, four pairings

    About ten minutes each: the story of the wine and what you taste in it, served with the bite chosen to go with it.

  4. Along the way

    A little game

    A blind guess on one wine, and a vote for the favourite of the evening.

  5. 8pm – 10pm

    The salon stays open

    The guided part ends. Those who wish to stay carry on the evening, à la carte.
